appearance: Leanly muscular man of middling height, with dark eyes, an unremarkable but unnaturally symmetrical face, and a wide scar on his neck just above the collar. More scars cover his body not immediately visible (His torso was riddled with scars. Most of them looked dreadful. Hell, one of his nipples had been completely obliterated.) These are all from his first life. He speaks with a drawl (think Texan). Beneath the surface he doesn't have human anatomy.

descriptive violence/horror: I'm usually comfortable writing at canon levels. While there are specific warnings (see below), I appreciate a heads up all the time, so I can follow my routine(s) so it doesn't become nightmare fuel. That is my general concern with horror/gore. Where we write it can be safe, my nightmares extremely less so.
explicit sex: Generally no. Once I have gotten to know & trust a writer, if it is plot/character development related, I will consider it.

physical affection: Jedao is naturally an affectionate person, who was starved of all physical sensation for much of his existence. Even when officially anchored as a revenant, he was at a remove. Thus, he is hungry for and enjoys physical touch. However, his career, history, and traumas means that surprising him or unexpected actions can trigger a defensive response.

physical violence: Jedao has been used to combat and pain most of his life, so it takes a great deal to bother him. Sometimes, he's even too okay with it. That's the real reason for asking first, to check in OOC rather than IC.

romance & sex: Jedao has some bias toward men/non-binary people, but he is most of all attracted to competence. Physical attraction is real, sure, but competence is far more important on both romantic and sexual levels. He has extremely traumatic romantic and sexual history. One part of that traumatic history generally makes relationships with women harder. He's prone to try to repeat bad dynamics; however, for my well being, I'm not. Please feel free to flirt with him but talk with me if you're interested in more.

psychic abilities: As a spy, assassin, and general who won his battles by reading people, Jedao excels at understanding how people work, both via direct observation and their records (e.g., gaming or battle tactics). He's been anchored to people over 400 years, which led to varying levels of psychic bonds. Currently, he has a telepathic bond with Ajewen Cheris. Due to mothsense, he can tell how much mass things have (and thus tell illusions without mass are illusions). People with psychic abilities could also send him messages that way. Please talk with me before using most psychic abilities on him. Due to his past trauma, I am not interested in mind control.

magic: It isn't magic per se. 4D travel ≈ mothflight ≈ teleportation/phasing. As a voidmoth, Jedao senses the fabric of spacetime and can travel upon it. As a baby not taught how to fly, it hurts like hell (doesn't stop him) and he's relatively bad at it. Mothsense is another sense based off mass. With it he can usually sense/travel through non-Euclidean spaces, as well as tell more information about his surroundings. It does not provide information from the usual fives senses on its own.

medical information: Anyone who can sense the inside of people's bodies can readily tell Jedao is not human. He lacks identifiable organs/construction/etc. He's effectively immortal and doesn't age. He can heal from pretty much any injury so long as he has food/fuel. If he gets too injured, he loses his capacity for rational thought and will go for the nearest food source (sometimes, that is people... dead or alive). Besides his moth abilities, he retains his previous top shape human abilities (including such showing off as shooting guns out of people's hands).

offensive subjects & triggers: Sometimes, the series warning topics can trigger him. However, he's also used to all those horrors and he's around (outside his universe) for a good time, not a trauma time. So he will generally work not to react.
